Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship to all 50 states?
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, but we're working on expanding coverage.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also log into your account on our website to view order status.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Contact us at support@vertex-furniture.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Products & Materials

What type of wood is used in your furniture?
We use a variety of premium hardwoods including solid pine, acacia, rubberwood, beech, and walnut, depending on the piece. Each product listing specifies the exact materials used.

How do I clean my furniture?
For wood surfaces: wipe with a slightly damp cloth, dry immediately, and avoid harsh chemicals. For upholstered pieces: spot-clean with mild detergent and cool water. Avoid bleach and abrasive cleaners.

What fabric are your sofas and chairs upholstered in?
Our upholstered pieces use performance fabrics engineered for durability, stain resistance, and easy cleaning. Specific fabric composition is listed on each product page.

Assembly

Do your products require assembly?
Most furniture requires some assembly. Product pages indicate assembly requirements, and all hardware and instructions are included. Most pieces can be assembled in under 45 minutes by one person.

Can I hire someone for assembly?
Yes — our freight delivery service handles large items like sofas and dining tables. For standard shipments, we recommend services like TaskRabbit or Amazon Home Services for professional assembly.

Warranty

What warranty do you offer?
All Vertex Furniture products carry a 1-year structural warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

What does the warranty NOT cover?
Normal wear and tear, fabric fading from sun exposure, damage caused by misuse or accidents, and modifications to the product are not covered under warranty.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items in original, unassembled condition. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
