Shipping policy

**Free Shipping**

Vertex Furniture offers free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US territories.

**Processing Time**

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after processing. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

Large Item Delivery

Large furniture items (sofas, dining tables) are shipped via freight carrier (LTL). You will receive a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.

Assembly is not included with standard freight delivery unless explicitly stated for a specific product or order.

**Tracking Your Order**

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website.

**Lost or Damaged Shipments**

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@vertex-furniture.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will resolve the issue promptly.
