# Shipping Policy — Vertex Furniture

**Free Shipping**

Vertex Furniture offers free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US territories.

**Processing Time**

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the next business day.

**Shipping Times**

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

**Large Item Delivery**

Large furniture items (sofas, dining tables) are shipped via freight carrier (LTL). You will receive a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.

**Tracking Your Order**

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website.

**Lost or Damaged Shipments**

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@vertex-furniture.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will resolve the issue promptly.
