Refund policy

At Vertex Furniture, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

**Returns**

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vertex-furniture.com

with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

**Non-Returnable Items**

- Items that have been assembled or modified
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
- Custom or made-to-order furniture
- Items marked as Final Sale

**Refunds**

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

**Damaged or Defective Items**

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@vertex-furniture.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

**Exchanges**

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@vertex-furniture.com
