Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 states

Note: We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are not available at this time.

Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days after processing
  • Order processing: 1–3 business days before shipment

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns

We want you to love your furniture. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • Item must not have been assembled

To initiate a return, contact us at support@vertex-furniture.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or damaged items. For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be cancelled. Contact support@vertex-furniture.com immediately if you need to cancel.
